Clear platform terms for companies and recruiters
Platform scope
NOMORE:AGENCY is a curated platform for permanent UK SaaS go-to-market hiring. It is not an open job board and it does not promise recruiter access for every application.
Company commercial terms
Companies accept commercial terms before using the workflow. A fee is only due when the company records a successful hire in the product and confirms the accepted base salary.
Recruiter workflow
Recruiters apply first, remain under review until approved, and only see roles assigned directly to them. Candidate ownership, duplicate handling and already-known disputes are governed by the records captured inside the platform.
Billing and disputes
When a valid candidate is marked as hired, the platform creates invoice and payout records. If a company claims a candidate was already known, the dispute workflow and evidence trail inside the app are used to review the decision.
