Why this exists
Companies often want specialist recruiter support but do not want agency sprawl, high fees or endless supplier management. Recruiters often do the hard work but see too little of the result. We built a platform that sits in the middle more lightly.
What the platform does
Companies post a role once. We match it to relevant freelance recruiters. Candidates are reviewed through one clear workflow. When a hire is made, the fee and recruiter payout are handled through the platform.
