What data the platform holds
NOMORE:AGENCY stores account details, company and recruiter profile data, candidate records, CV files, submission history, dispute notes, and invoice or payout records needed to operate the hiring workflow.
Why that data is used
Data is used to route roles, validate candidate ownership, track recruiter review status, create billing records after successful hires, and resolve disputes when a company challenges a submission.
Controlled access
Recruiter access is assigned, not open. Company views hide recruiter identity by default, while admin users can see the full platform context needed for support, approvals and dispute handling.
Files and support
Sensitive files such as candidate CVs and dispute proof are stored in server-controlled buckets. If you need help with privacy questions or account data, use the support contact shown on the site.
